Graduate Advising (first come first served) Students may attend advising one at a time and will be held in a waiting room until admitted by a Graduate Coordinator. In order to help as many Students as possible during these open sessions each Student will have a maximum time allowed of 10 minutes (have your questions prepared)
Students can attend *first come, first served Advising via Zoom during the following times:

^ Open Advising Sessions are held when possible and can be canceled without notice
If your questions/concerns/comments will take longer than 10 minutes please schedule an advising appointment separately using this form.
(Please make appointment requests for at least 2 to 3 business days later than the date of your request. Requests for same-day appointments cannot be accommodated)
In-person Advising
If you want to meet in person please make this clear in your appointment request form submission. Limited in-person advising is available (by appointment only) on campus @ the MATS Student Affairs offices in EBU2.
