Graduate Advising (first come first served) Students may attend advising one at a time and will be held in a waiting room until admitted by a Graduate Coordinator. In order to help as many Students as possible during these open sessions each Student will have a maximum time allowed of 10 minutes (have your questions prepared)
Monday through Friday each week, Students can attend *first come first served Advising via Zoom during the following times:
PhD Students
Morning Open Advising: 8:30am - 9:30am PST
Afternoon Open Advising: 3:00pm - 4:00pm PST

Financial Support Advising: By appointment only. Please contact Financial Support & Admissions Coordinator Ryan Beaudette (rmbeaudette@eng.ucsd.edu) directly to schedule a meeting. Meetings will be conducted over Zoom.

If your questions/concerns/comments will take longer than 10 minutes please schedule an advising appointment separately using this form (MAE Graduate Advising Appointment Request Form).
(Please make appointment requests for at least 2 to 3 business days later than the date of your request. Requests for same day appointments cannot be accommodated)
In-person Advising
If you want to meet in person please make this clear in your appointment request form submission. Limited in-person advising is availalble (by appointment only) on campus @ the MAE Student Affairs offices in EBU2.
