Employment Resources

International Students who receive fellowship funding but that are not employed should apply for an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) as soon as they complete hiring paperwork.  Visit the International Students & Programs Office website for more information.

International Students who are employed by the University as a Teaching Assistant, Reader, Tutor or Graduate Student Researcher should apply for a Social Security Number (SSN) as soon as they complete hiring paperwork.  Visit the International Students & Programs Office website for more information.
